Our founder team consists of Aalto University based young professionals in business, tech, design, and construction who came together in Aaltoes' Ignite Summer Accelerator to build something new.
Jon Atwood
Jon Atwood leads our company with a strategic vision and a passion for innovation. With an MSc in Strategic Management and experience as Chairman of Aalto Management in 2023, Jon brings a deep understanding of business leadership and organizational growth. He spent two years as an industrial consultant for European multinational enterprises, gaining valuable insights into large-scale operations and market strategy. As co-founder and CEO, Jon drives our startup forward with a focus on scaling and delivering impactful solutions.
Niklas Paassilta
Niklas leads our customer strategy with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. With an MSc in Strategic Management and experience as Treasurer of Aalto Management in 2023, Niklas brings valuable skills in organizational leadership and customer relations. His background in IT consulting for startups and industrial companies gives him a deep understanding of client needs and business scalability. As co-founder and Chief Customer Officer, Niklas is dedicated to building lasting customer relationships and driving growth through exceptional customer experiences.
Mikko Suhonen
Mikko drives the technical vision of our company, bringing deep expertise in software development and engineering. He holds an MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Electrical Engineering, with leadership experience as Chairman of Aalto Electrical Engineering from 2022-23. Mikko has three years of hands-on experience in full-stack development for healthcare database software, combining his technical skills with an understanding of critical, high-demand industries. As co-founder and CTO, he leads our product development with a focus on building scalable, user-friendly solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Aino Hukkanen
Aino brings a unique blend of architectural expertise and user-centered design to our team. With a Master's in Architecture and a minor in Human-Centered Design for Interactive Products, Aino has a strong background in crafting intuitive, functional designs. She spent four years in architectural design at Architects Rudanko + Kankkunen. Her experience as a UX designer for industrial CAD software further enhances her ability to create seamless user experiences, driving innovation in our product development.
